Analysis
We provide a root cause analysis effectiveness audit showing the strengths of an existing program, pointing out areas needing improving, and most importantly providing specific recommendations as to how a work site can make improvements in their efforts. This can be very helpful to an organization if they just can't seem to get their RCA efforts off the ground and being utilized the way it should be. (regardless of the method being used)

Instruction
We provide instruction in the SOLVE© root cause method of analysis. Whether it is conducting awareness sessions for your employees, facilitation skills training, or advanced SOLVE© RCA skills training, we keep it simple and easy to understand and do an excellent job in building some excitement and "buy in" for the process.

Implementation
We provide the knowledge and skills to develop and support SOLVE© root cause analysis. We mentor champions, facilitators, team leaders and team members.

We assist organizations in developing implementation plans and assisting them in getting their RCA fully implemented into their plants. After all, what good is an excellent RCA process if you can't get it implemented into the worksite so that it becomes fully "institutionalized"?

Facilitation
We facilitate problem solving teams in finding solutions to all problems and those particularly nagging reoccurring issues.
